I bought a digital picture frame and its not reading the images it turns off instead? - picture frame 38.25 x 11.25

I have a G-tech digital photo frame and the SD card from Ascent. I transferred the images in the DCIM folder 101HPIMG. If I am the card into the slot in the SD digital picture frames and chose the slideshow, or even see on the album, rather than off the pictures. I do not understand. What am I doing wrong?
